Description
In this class we will go through the steps of soap-making using the Cold Process method with plant-based oils. Cold process soap is made by combining various oils, Sodium Hydroxide, and water. When all of these ingredients are added together in the right volume and temperature, a wonderful chemical reaction happens. This special and magical reaction is what creates SOAP.
We will learn about the history of soap, safety precautions, and how to customize the individual ingredients such as oils, colorants, scents, and more. We will also talk about the benefits of handmade soap, soap-making tools, and I will share lots of FUN Soap Facts!
Supplies provided by Instructor: All the ingredients needed to make a POUND of soap: complete Instruction Booklet, resources, tips and tricks, live demonstration, pure essential oils, personalized hands-on help, and a goody-bag of fun swag.
